Easygolift.com is an online store for the promotion and sale of the easyGO patient lift and transfer device via the Internet, created by FitHealth, located in El. Venizelou9, Melissia, Attiki, Greece. FitHealth reserves the right to unilaterally modify or revise freely the terms and conditions of transactions made through its e-shop whenever it deems it necessary, and undertakes to inform users of any change, through the pages of this e-shop.

Security

The company recognizes the importance of the security of Personal Data and Electronic Transactions and has taken all the necessary measures, using the most up-to-date and advanced methods, to ensure maximum security. All information, related to user’s personal information, is kept confidential. All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of “Alpha e-Commerce” of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer – SSL). There are two codes used to identify the user: The Username and the Password, which give access with absolute security for all personal information. Returns

If you wish to return a product, you should first contact our customer service department either by calling at 210 8047775, or by email mentioning your order number, and stating the product or products you wish to return. Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product resulting from the receipt, provided that the following conditions are met:
  • The product has an operational or quality defect or an error has occurred in shipping the product.
  • The product must be in excellent condition, as received, and not used. Also, it should be carefully packed in its original packaging.
  • Each product must be accompanied by the purchase receipt.
When the product arrives at our headquarters, you will be returned the value of the product after deducting the transportation and insurance costs unless it is a proven defective product or our own fault.
