Dear George, The easyGo arrived today!. This is two days ahead of what DHL originally told us (30/1/25). My father has put one easyGo unit together and used it successfully. He still has to work out the best adjustments for width. He is impressed with the strength of the easyGO's construction. I bought the lift chair in July and it really freed my hands. The difficulty of getting my husband out of bed was great and painful and completely safe. With the easygo I can easily lift him and move him to other rooms, I can easily place him in chairs, armchairs, sofas and so he participates in all the family's social activities without feeling isolated. It is a very useful tool that has really improved our lives. Very sturdy construction and excellent service from the company's people. I am grateful.

I am absolutely thrilled with EasyGo and Mr. George. I contacted EasyGo for spare parts for a patient lift I had bought used from a gentleman who had purchased the lift from EasyGo for his wife. Since she had passed away, he sold it. I first contacted EasyGo in 2022 with Mr. George – even though he doesn't speak German, he always answered me in German. He was always eager to accommodate my requests and do everything possible to provide the spare parts I needed. Regarding the EasyGo lift itself, I can only say it's a fantastic product that I, as my husband's caregiver, can no longer do without.
